Hannah and Eli – Huntsville AL Engagement Session

I would like to introduce to you Hannah and Eli, recently engaged couple from Huntsville, AL. They got engaged over Christmas (Eli surprised Hannah during a photo session, how sweet is that?) and I met Hannah at Huntsville Bridal Show.

They decided on September wedding, which will take place at Hampton Cove. Hannah and Eli are looking for a romantic and elegant celebration, so it was fitting to achieve just that with the engagement pictures.

Hannah and Eli are incredibly sweet, calm and down to earth. I sincerely enjoyed their company and can’t wait for their wedding day!

Hannah and Eli were looking for a sweet garden in Huntsville area to have their engagement photographs taken, and I immediately thought of Delano Park in Decatur, AL. It is such a perfect spot for spring pictures! Hannah chose a colorful floral dress and Eli wore a pink shirt to compliment the dress. Perfect garden-style outfits!

It’s during this part of the engagement session, that I fell in the bush while backing up to get a perfect shot. Feet up in the air kind of fall! Well that was first! I almost fell into a pool during a wedding once, but thankfully my assistant have saved me (Thanks Katie, wish you were here in Alabama to save me from a bush!). Lots of laughs were created here.

One of my favorite things about their outfits was the fact, that Hannah wore her mom’s pearls. So so special!

After the garden, we headed for the river to create a sweet and romantic filled scene. Hannah wore a simple, yet beautiful white dress and Eli opted for neutrals as well. Such a perfect combo! These outfits complimented the environment perfectly.

For the last part of our session, we headed for the Marina to capture some images with Decatur bridge in the background. They turned out so fun!
