Anna and Terry – Birmingham AL Engagement Session

So excited to share this gorgeous session and for a few reasons!

Anna and Terry are an incredibly interesting couple. Anna is Ukrainian, just like me. She has only been in US for two years, so speaking to her was so much fun for me (it felt like I was back in Ukraine for a little bit). Terry lived his whole life in America, but his parents are Vietnamese (and I absolutely love anything Vietnam related, it’s my dream to visit this beautiful country one day). I love couples from different countries, and International weddings are my favorite!

This was my first session at Birmingham Botanical Gardens and the gardens were so stunning! We enjoyed strolling through different sections and enjoyed everything in bloom. The colors in the gardens were stunning. Purples, pinks, whites, yellows. The images truly popped!

My favorite part of the Botanical Gardens was definitely the rose garden. Even though most roses weren’t in bloom just yet, the garden itself has the classic look, that will never go out of style.

After Birmingham Botanical Gardens we headed to downtown area, Railroad park to be exact. It had the urban, eclectic look, that Anna and Terry were looking for. Their outfits were definitely on point for this one!

I had such a great time with this couple! Can’t wait till their wedding full of Ukrainian and Vietnamese traditions!
