Mr. and Mrs. Moore - Charleston WV Wedding Photography

I am so incredibly excited to share the blog of this wonderful couple, Julie and Brandon. I met Julie at The Charleston Wedding Expo, where my assistant and second photographer Katie pretty much dragged Julie into our booth. And the reason behind that was how wonderful her wedding sounded. I met with Julie and Brandon just a bit after the wedding expo and we chatted over coffee for more than an hour. All because our conversation couldn't stop. I fell in love with their love story, their character and just how sweet and kind-hearted they seemed. A bit later we had a wonderful engagement session, and then there was the wedding.

The Big day was truly amazing. Easy, lovely, and of course full of fantastic details. You see, this wedding was Star Wars and Doctor Who themed. You could see the little references to both everywhere. Starting with beautiful stationery (because Maggie at Harless printing is amazing!), shoes, cake and the rings (Brandon's ring was engraved "Chewey and Jules Forever"), to of course the biggest surprise of the day. Julie surprised Brandon with Darth Vader, who himself walked her down the isle. This moment was truly spectacular and I was so happy to capture it!  The church seemed a bit small, "But it was much bigger on the inside", and black and white photos there looked fantastic! And the rest of the decor and theme of the day revolved around Chewbacca and the Doctor. I am more than ready to share these images and truly hope, that Julie and Brandon love them!
